Location: Malad, Mumbai

  • Shift:** Rotational US Shift
  • Working Days:** 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Job Overview

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals for our US Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing solutions, and identifying opportunities for upselling while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls efficiently
  • Resolve customer queries related to utility services
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Meet performance and quality benchmarks

Eligibility Criteria

  • HSC / Graduate with **minimum 6 months of experience**
  • BPO/Voice process experience is a plus
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comfortable working in **US rotational shifts**
  • Open to customer support + upselling role

Compensation Benefits
