Job Overview
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-oriented professionals for our US Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing solutions, and identifying opportunities for upselling while delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls efficiently
- Resolve customer queries related to utility services
- Ensure high-quality customer service and satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet performance and quality benchmarks
Eligibility Criteria
- HSC / Graduate with **minimum 6 months of experience**
- BPO/Voice process experience is a plus
- Strong English communication skills
- Comfortable working in **US rotational shifts**
- Open to customer support + upselling role
Compensation Benefits
- Salary: **33,000 (In-hand)
