Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategy for managing and growing assigned smaller-sizedaccounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursuenew business opportunities within assigned smaller-sizedterritory by cross-selling and up-selling products and solutions.
  • Develop pathways for the customers including the processes of both getting and using the products.
  • Effectively communicate and sell the value of the company's products or services to various customer groups through effective product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers through sales meetings and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close deals in a way that is mutually beneficial for the customer.
  • Provide exceptional customer service togenerate customer retention and new opportunities.
  • Customer quarriers can be financial, logistic, or clinical in character.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
  • Will work only through Distributors

Qualification: - Science Graduate

Experience: - Minimum 3 years in sales in healthcare sales.
