Key Responsibility: -
- Create and implement strategies to manage and expand assigned small-sized accounts while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the assigned territory through cross-selling and upselling of products and solutions.
- Design clear customer pathways, covering both the procurement process and product usage.
- Effectively convey and promote the value of the companys products or services to diverse customer groups through impactful presentations and product demonstrations.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers through regular sales interactions and product demonstrations.
- Handle negotiations and finalize agreements that are beneficial for both the customer and the company.
- Deliver outstanding customer support to drive retention and uncover new business opportunities.
- Address customer queries, which may be related to financial, logistical, or clinical aspects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide integrated and comprehensive solutions to customers.
- Ensure all sales records and reports are accurate and regularly updated.
- Operate exclusively through distributor channels.
Qualification: - Science Graduate
Experience: - Minimum 6 months of experience
