Network Engineer (Immediate Joiner)

Job Opportunity: Network Engineer (L1) – Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office

Shift: Australian Time Zone (24/7 support & rotational shifts)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 level support for Global IT infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, Manage Engine, Cisco Prime, NAGIOS.
• Perform proactive monitoring of Cisco R&S, HP Aruba, Ruckus Wireless, WAN and ISP links.
• Handle bandwidth utilization analysis and generate availability and trend reports.
• Respond to alerts/notifications configured in monitoring systems.
• Carry out basic network operations: VLAN creation, port/user mapping, DHCP, wireless connectivity troubleshooting, etc.
• Coordinate with ISPs and third-party vendors for issue resolution.
• Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change & Configuration Management.
• Work with ticketing tools like ServiceNow for issue tracking and resolution.

Technical Experience:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a global IT support environment.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools and network gear.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN bandwidth and performance monitoring.
• Experience in generating technical reports for clients or management.
• Exposure to global customer support environments.

Required Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Global IT support operations.
• Proficient in monitoring and ticketing tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of ITIL framework and processes.
• CCNA certification is a strong advantage.
