Network Upgrade Field Technician

Support HCL's network infrastructure as a Field Technician specializing in router upgrades and remote access. Leverage your skills for seamless connectivity. As a Field Technician, you will play a critical role in upgrading routers and ensuring smooth remote access.

This involves arriving promptly, setting up necessary materials, and utilizing Microsoft Teams for coordination. Your hands-on experience with network devices and protocols is essential to execute upgrades successfully. Key Responsibilities:

• Arrive at the site prior to the scheduled start
• Ensure remote access setup through Microsoft Teams
• Load new IOS images onto routers for upgrades
• Utilize console cables effectively for connections
• Assist in managing technician activities during upgrades Requirements:
• Proficiency in using PuTTY and Microsoft Teams
• Experience with router configurations and upgrades
• Understanding of device capacity limitations
• Requires two CAT6 cables, 7 feet long each
