Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist role in Rajkot. The specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. The role also involves strengthening employer branding, collaborating with department managers to understand hiring needs, and implementing effective strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

Qualifications

• 3-5 Years of Experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Proficiency in Interviewing and Candidate Assessment techniques
• Skills in Employer Branding and promoting organizational values
• Strong abilities in talent acquisition, collaboration, and recruitment strategy development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an on-site environment
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in talent acquisition or human resources management is strongly preferred
