Job Description
We are hiring 1 motivated field sales rep to join Tutionwale, a Nagpur-based SaaS startup serving coaching centers across Maharashtra.
About Tutionwale: We help coaching center owners replace paper registers and chaotic WhatsApp groups with one simple platform — biometric attendance, parent WhatsApp alerts, fee management, and a parent portal. We are growing in Nagpur and need a ground-level sales rep to help us reach 200+ coaching center owners over the next 90 days.
What you will do:
- Visit 5-6 coaching centers per day in Nagpur (a list will be provided)
- Demo the product on a tablet (15-minute pitch, training will be given)
- Sign up interested centers for a free trial
- Follow up via WhatsApp until trial converts to paid
Who we are looking for:
- Lives in Nagpur (non-negotiable)
- Has a 2-wheeler or willingness to use public transport
- Comfortable speaking Hindi, Marathi, and basic English
- Has done sales, customer-facing, or marketing work before (any field)
- Wants to earn based on performance, not based on showing up
Compensation
- ₹3,000/month fixed (covers your travel and mobile)
- ₹1,500 per coaching center that signs up and pays
- ₹5,000 bonus when you cross 5 signups in a single month
- Top performers move to full-time at ₹15,000 + ₹2,000/signup after 3 months
Time commitment:
- 4-5 hours per day, your schedule
- Mon-Sat
- 3-month contract, extendable
