Role Description In this full-time, hybrid role based in Vadodara, the Fireman will perform on-site fire prevention, inspection, and emergency response activities, with some administrative and planning work from home. Daily tasks may include checking and maintaining fire extinguishers, alarms, hydrants, and other equipment; conducting fire drills; and advising clients on safe evacuation routes and fire safety protocols. The role involves responding to fire incidents or related emergencies when engaged by clients, coordinating with local authorities, and ensuring rapid, safe, and effective action. The Fireman will also prepare reports, maintain service records, schedule site visits, and communicate with clients regarding safety recommendations and follow-up actions.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge of fire safety, fire prevention techniques, and emergency response procedures.
• Candidates should possess practical skills in operating firefighting equipment, inspecting fire protection systems, and conducting safety drills.
• Candidates should possess solid communication and interpersonal skills to educate clients, coordinate with authorities, and provide clear safety instructions.
• Candidates should possess good physical fitness, situational awareness, and the ability to work safely under pressure in emergency conditions.
• Candidates should possess basic administrative and organizational skills to manage schedules, documentation, and client records.
• Completion of recognized fire service training or certification, and familiarity with local fire safety regulations, is highly beneficial.
• Experience in firefighting, industrial safety, or emergency services in Vadodara or similar environments is an advantage.
