About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented CRM & Retail, hands-on experience in the Women Fashion industry. The role involves managing customer interactions, handling inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.

The ideal candidate should be confident in communication, strong in follow-ups, and capable of converting inquiries and sales into business opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to inquiries, leads, and follow-ups
• Manage and update all customer interactions in the CRM system with accuracy
• Follow up on leads generated through multiple channels such as website, campaigns, and walk-ins

Coordinate closely with the sales and operations team to ensure timely lead closure

• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
• Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Ensure proper tracking of leads, conversions, and daily call activity
• Share daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Support post-sales engagement and customer feedback processes
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

Key Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in the Fashion industry
• 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, CRM, or customer support roles
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic working knowledge of CRM tools , Shopify, web Whatsapp and MS Excel
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Preferred Skills:

• Female Experience in handling sales leads in Fashion Industry (Menswear, Women, and Kidswear)
• Understanding of the sales funnel and customer lifecycle
• Multilingual communication skills will be an added advantage
