- Hold a PhD degree in Agriculture with a specialization in Microbiology or Agricultural Microbiology
- Expertise and research experience in formulation and consortia-related studies
- Additional experience in scale-up studies, plant-microbe interactions, and related areas would be advantageous
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, set up, execute, and analyze experiments related to microbial consortia and formulation/product development
- Conduct formulation stability studies and optimize conditions for higher stability
- Develop protocols for testing product efficiency in improving plant growth and productivity
- Plan and implement hydroponics, greenhouse, and growth chamber based bioassays
- Demonstrate knowledge of experimental designs, statistical analysis, and proficiency in computational skills for document processing and presentation preparation
