Position: Supervisor – Transport Operations (Employee Transportation)

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview:

Manage day-to-day employee transportation operations, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient cab services across all shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Manage daily cab allocation, routing & shift planning

✔ Coordinate with vendors and monitor SLA compliance

✔ Handle real-time escalations (delays, no-shows, breakdowns)

✔ Ensure safety protocols, especially for night shifts

✔ Track trips via GPS systems and maintain MIS reports

✔ Support billing validation and operational coordination

✔ 2–4 years of experience in transport / cab operations

✔ Strong coordination and vendor management skills

✔ Familiarity with tools like MoveInSync / Routematic

✔ Good communication and problem-solving abilities
