Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI-Powered Sr. Blockchain Developer with Full Stack expertise who can build end-to-end scalable Web3 applications. This role operates at the intersection of Blockchain, AI, and Modern Full Stack Development, requiring strong capabilities in both frontend and backend systems along with decentralized architectures.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying dApps, intelligent systems, and full-stack platforms with seamless Web3 integrations. This is not an associate level job, it requires a strong senior level expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Blockchain & Web3 Development

• Architect and develop scalable blockchain-based solutions and protocol-level systems
• Design, implement, and deploy smart contracts (EVM & non-EVM ecosystems)
• Build and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) with Web3 integrations
• Work on token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721) and wallet integrations

Full Stack Development

• Develop high-performance frontend applications using React.js, Nest js,Next.js
• Build scalable backend services using Node.js and NestJS
• Design and manage RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Ensure seamless communication between blockchain layers and frontend/backend systems

Backend & Database Management

• Design robust backend architectures with Node.js
• Work with MongoDB and other databases (SQL/NoSQL as needed)
• Handle authentication, authorization, and secure data flow
• Optimize server-side performance and scalability

AI Integration

• Integrate AI-powered features such as automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows
• Work with AI/ML models (basic exposure acceptable) for blockchain-based use cases
• Implement data-driven decision systems within Web3 applications

Collaboration & Delivery

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams
• Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging
• Ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure code practices
• Stay updated with latest trends in Web3, AI, and full stack technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in blockchain wiith full stack development
• Technical Skills
• Programming languages: Solidity, Rust, JavaScript / TypeScript — smart contracts and full stack development.
• Blockchain: Ethereum, Polygon, Solana, Bitcoin — multi-chain development experience.
• Standards: ERC-20, ERC-3643, ERC-4337, upgradeable contracts — strong Web3 fundamentals.
• dApps: Wallets, DEXs, tokenization platforms, cross-chain solutions.
• Frontend: React.js, Next.js, HTML, CSS, TailwindCSS, ShadCN UI, Wagmi, Ethers.js.
• Backend: Node.js, APIs, MongoDB / MySQL / PostgreSQL, Subgraph (The Graph).
• Tools: Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, Git, microservices & API integrations.
• AI Skills: Basic AI/ML integration, TensorFlow / PyTorch exposure, automation & analytics.
• Nice to Have: DeFi/NFTs, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), scalable architecture, Agile/Scrum.

Pay: ₹1,100,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
