You will be instrumental in discovering creators, running influencer campaigns, and developing internal data systems to support our launches.   • Execute manual and automated data extraction using scraping and mining tools.
  • Build, organize, and update internal databases to streamline marketing outreach workflows.
  • Research, test, and recommend new tools, processes, and automation workflows.
  • Analyze data and convert insights into actionable recommendations for marketing strategy and outreach.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end for SciSpace launches - outreach, onboarding, content planning, negotiations, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with influencers, share briefs, monitor deliverables, ensure timely execution, and build strong relationships.
  • Develop, experiment, and optimize outreach strategies across creator segments.
  • Collaborate with design, product, and marketing teams for seamless campaign delivery.
  • Measure campaign impact, compile performance reports, and recommend improvements for future launches.
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • Professionals with 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, data analysis, social media, or influencer operations.
  • Individuals with strong data processing and data management skills.
  • Experience in data mining, scraping, analytics, or influencer marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment requiring speed, adaptability, and ownership.
  • Comfortable working full-time on-site in Bangalore.
