Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Digital Marketing Faculty member to train and mentor students in various digital marketing concepts and tools. The ideal candidate should have strong industry knowledge, practical experience, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on digital marketing.
- Teach topics such as SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, Google Analytics, and AI tools for marketing.
- Develop lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct practical sessions, live projects, and case studies.
- Guide students on industry best practices and career opportunities.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Organize workshops, webinars, and certification preparation sessions.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve course content and training quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
- 1–3+ years of experience in digital marketing or digital marketing training.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
