The Role:
We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just “manage campaigns”, but owns growth.
This is a hybrid role where you’ll be hands-on with performance marketing while also leading your team of, high-impact team of media buyers, designers, and interns.
You’ll sit at the center of execution and strategy, ensuring everything from creatives to campaigns works together to drive results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Plan, launch, and scale campaigns across Meta & Google Ads
- Build and execute full-funnel strategies for D2C brands
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team (media, design, content)
- Work closely with creatives to crack winning ad angles (static, video, UGC)
- Manage budgets, scaling strategies, and performance efficiency
- Run continuous A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Track and optimize key metrics — ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR
- Ensure smooth execution, fast turnarounds, and strong team alignment
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and what’s actually working
Who You Are
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Google Ads is a plus)
- You understand funnels, audience psychology, and conversion behavior
- You can manage people + performance without dropping either
- Data-driven, but also creative enough to think beyond dashboards
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
- Strong communicator — clear, decisive, and solution-oriented
Bonus Points If You
- Have worked with D2C / e-commerce brands for 1+ years
- Understand retention (WhatsApp, Email)
