Role Overview :

As a Lead SEO Specialist, you will be at the forefront of driving organic growth for our organization. Your day-to-day will involve crafting and executing comprehensive SEO strategies, conducting in-depth website analysis, and staying ahead of the ever-evolving search engine landscape. You'll collaborate closely with content creators, marketing teams, and web developers to ensure seamless SEO implementation and optimal website performance. Ultimately, your efforts will directly impact our online visibility, driving qualified traffic, enhancing user experience, and contributing significantly to our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization and new content creation.
• Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues impacting search engine crawlability and indexability.
• Optimize website content, including meta descriptions, title tags, and header tags, to improve search engine visibility and click-through rates.
• Build high-quality backlinks through outreach, content promotion, and relationship building to enhance website authority.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Semrush to identify trends, track progress, and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to ensure strategies remain effective and compliant.
• Collaborate with content creators, marketing teams, and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of online marketing efforts.
• Prepare and present regular reports on SEO performance to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Required Skillset :

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful SEO strategies that drive measurable results.
• Proven ability to conduct in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 4 -8 years of experience in SEO and online marketing.
• Adaptable to on-site work setup in Mumbai.
