We are looking for a practical, experienced, and dependable person to join our team for the role of Store & Procurement Executive.

This role is for someone who understands how manufacturing operations work on the ground — handling purchases, maintaining store records, managing repair and maintenance requirements, and keeping a close eye on expenses and stock movement.

What the role involves:

• Handling day-to-day purchasing of store and maintenance items
• Managing store inventory and maintaining proper stock records
• Preparing detailed monthly expense reports with category-wise comparison and analysis
• Tracking increase/decrease in consumption and identifying unusual trends in expenses
• Coordinating repair and maintenance requirements for plant equipment and machinery
• Maintaining relationships with local vendors and suppliers for urgent and niche industrial items
• Ensuring timely availability of materials required for smooth plant operations
• Coordinating with management regarding purchasing decisions and operational requirements

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Purchase/Store operations
• At least 2–3 years of experience in the MS pipe, steel, fabrication, rolling mill, or related manufacturing industry
• Good understanding of industrial store items, maintenance requirements, and vendor management
• Comfortable with Excel and preparing detailed reports and comparisons
• Someone proactive, organized, and capable of handling responsibilities independently
• Local market knowledge and supplier contacts in and around Raipur will be preferred
