We have invested heavily in high-quality legal video content and are now seeking a dedicated operator to distribute, optimize, and scale that content across all major platforms. This role is critical to turning our video library into consistent inbound leads, brand authority, and measurable ROI.
KPI EXPECTATION (required)
What does success look like in 30 days?
- Establish and execute a repeatable content distribution system across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat.
- Demonstrate early traction through increased views, engagement, follower growth, and—most importantly—qualified inbound consultation requests driven by content.
Weekly output expectation:
- Publish and optimize short-form video content across all platforms (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook, Snapchat)
- Write high-converting captions, hooks, and CTAs tailored to each platform
- Repurpose and repackage existing video assets for maximum reach and engagement
- Analyze performance metrics and iterate based on what drives views, retention, and conversions
- Collaborate with leadership to refine messaging, topics, and audience targeting
- Launch and manage paid amplification campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) when appropriate
- Identify trends, viral formats, and content opportunities within the immigration/legal space
- Build and nurture audience engagement (comments, DMs, community interaction)
- Continuously improve video performance (watch time, click-through rate, conversion to consults)
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Platforms:
Must have hands-on experience with:
YouTube (Shorts + long-form optimization)
TikTok
Instagram (Reels + growth strategy)
Facebook (organic + ads via Meta)
Snapchat
Experience
- Proven track record of growing social media accounts and/or generating leads through short-form content
- Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and viral mechanics
- Experience with paid social (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) is a strong plus
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on performance metrics
Creative + Strategic Fit:
- Understands how to balance education, authority, and emotional connection
- Able to take legal concepts and turn them into highly engaging, digestible content
- Thinks like a marketer, not just a content poster
Language:
Fluent English required
Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plus (highly relevant to our audience)
Pay: $14.00-$22.00 per hour
