Role Overview
We are looking for a highly responsible Transport Manager to oversee our school’s daily fleet operations. The ideal candidate will manage our entire transport ecosystem, ensuring maximum safety, regulatory compliance, and smooth daily execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fleet Management: Supervise the daily scheduling and routing of all school buses and official cars.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure 100% adherence to RTO norms, Maharashtra school bus policies, insurance, and fitness certificates.
- Staff Leadership: Manage and train drivers, conductors, and lady attendants on child safety and road discipline.
- Maintenance: Track vehicle servicing, breakdowns, GPS/CCTV operations, and fuel logs to optimize costs.
Requirements
- Proven experience handling both heavy vehicles (buses) and light vehicles (cars).
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English, with excellent knowledge of route management.
