We are hiring a Project Manager to support the BEP Mutilated Currency Division. This role oversees contract performance, team operations, and delivery of all requirements.

Location: Washington, D.C. (Onsite, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and team performance
• Act as the main point of contact for the CO and COR
• Ensure all deliverables are submitted on time
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and onboarding
• Maintain quality control and compliance standards
• Handle personnel issues and implement solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
• 3–5 years of project management experience
• 3–5 years of federal government contract experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain security clearance

Expectations:

• Maintain at least 95% staffing at all times
• Submit all deliverables on time
• Successfully onboard staff and manage clearances
• Quickly resolve team issues
