Job Description
Position- Digital Forensics Auditor (Internal Auditor)
Preferred- The role will be a mix of digital forensics (60) & internal audit work (40) including data analysis, surveys, interviews
Experience- 7+ Years
Location- Gurugram
Department- Risk Management
Industry Preferred- Financial Consulting, Big Four, Consumer Electronics
Education- bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Security, Information Systems, Digital Forensics or Chartered Accountant (CA)
Key Objectives:
The main focus will be managing and undertaking Fraud and Internal Audit assignments effectively to identify key risks to corporate objectives across Samsung Biz. operations including Sales, Factory, R&D centre
Key Responsibilities
Wide range of counter fraud work for Samsung Electronics Subsidiaries or Branches including fraud prevention and investigation
- Conducting extended business data analysis through digital forensic / eDiscovery tools, SAP, documents, evidence and other various company database in order to detect fraud and operational risks and internal control weakness efficiently
- Independently and objectively conducting investigation into alleged fraud, irregularities, misconduct or rule violation either not complied global employee guidelines, local subsidiary’s regulations or required national regulations
- On-time reporting and discussing findings with the assigned audit supervisor with accurate and objective reporting
- Managing process and business meeting with internal or external stakeholders and whistleblower on a regular basis to clarify the whole process and relevant risks
- Conducting ethics interview with internal stakeholders
- Reviewing or processing digital data acquired from the company assets for the purpose of fraud detection
- Other required activities required to complete audit engagement in the professional ways defined by Internal Audit regulation and the direct supervisor
Other considerations:
Open for Biz. travel for approx 40% or more in a year

Key Competencies/Characteristics
Qualification & Experience
- Experienced in digital forensics or eDiscovery with relevant skills such as planning, imaging, data mining, investigating, reporting and providing formal / expert testimony
- Expert knowledge of digital evidence collection, handling and storage procedures
- Strong knowledge of best practices / industry-standard digital forensic processes and procedures (Digital asset acquisition, processing and examination techniques, including recovery of purged data acquisition techniques)
- Experience with industry accepted and Open Source Digital Forensic tools (EnCase, FTK Imager, X-Ways, Magnet Axiom, Nuix, Relativity, Intella, and XRY, Cellebrite)
- Deep understanding of regulatory requirements (IT Act, Data Privacy)
- Good experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications
- * Professional Certifications: One or more of EnCE, CEDS, CCE, CFCE, GCFA, GCFE, CCFP
- Having Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification is a plus
- Forensic audit experience is a plus
- Familiarity with cloud environments, data storage architectures, and security controls
- Knowledge of computer hardware, network storage
- Knowledge / familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R and SQL
- Experience on SAP data (billing, costs, sales expense, SCM) analysis
Skills
- Understanding of financial operations related to Procurement, Sales, Marketing and/or service organizations preferably at a consumer / industry electronics company
- Having high attention to details pursuing to find the root cause and causality of process within limited time and resources
- Being ethical, confident and trustworthy
- Team work and team-goal oriented with project-based approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal instructions
- Strict minds-set to stick to audit compliance and principle
- Having excellent communication abilities, written reporting and verbal (Fluent in English)
- Good understanding on cultural elements of the region (experience of working in Korean MNC is a plus)
- Ability to handle pressure and deliver in tight deadlines
