Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

You’ll collaborate with development teams to implement solutions that enable seamless customer experiences, while supporting high-volume systems processing terabytes of data daily.

Role and Responsibilities

• Enable developers to operate highly available, scalable, and cost-optimized applications
• Drive reliability improvements for managed services and infrastructure
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate best practices into SDLC
• Support junior engineers through knowledge sharing (light mentorship
• Implement industry-standard tools to address evolving needs of internal/external stakeholders
• Apply DevOps/SRE principles (e.g., SLOs, automation-first)
• Manage cloud infrastructure, deployments, and release operations
• Evaluate/adopt new technologies to improve infrastructure efficiency
• Participate in system design, capacity planning, and platform management
• Maintain operational documentation (architecture, troubleshooting)
• Participate in follow-the-sun on-call rotations

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years in SRE/DevOps roles
• Hands-on experience with AWS and cross-cloud (Azure/GCP) fundamentals
• Practical experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and service mesh (Istio)
• Proficiency with Linux system administration, networking and security
• Working knowledge of IaC (Terraform/Ansible) and CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus/Grafana/OpenTelemetry)
• Scripting skills (Python/Bash) for automation
• Ability to communicate technical concepts across teams

The salary range for this role is expected to be between $86,105 to $128,150 and reflects base salary only. Actual pay will be determined based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, competencies, qualifications, relevant skills and experience.
