Main Responsibilities
- Conduct health and safety gym inductions with all clients
- Carry out client physical ability assessments
- Conduct regular environmental risk assessments
- Provide both group and individual exercise & fitness sessions
- Instruct clients on basic exercise physiology, lifting and exercise techniques
- Create and review client exercise & fitness training plans.
- Deliver exercise & fitness educational workshops
- Organize group activities such as walks, pool activities, badminton, mountain biking, etc
- Produce, record sessions and update client electronic case notes
- Attend case management and staff team meetings
- Attend clinical supervision, line management reviews and staff support sessions.
What We’re Looking For
- Has fluent English and Hindi communication skills
- Brings genuine empathy and emotional intelligence
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Has 1+ years of experience in similar roles
- Diploma/valid certification in fitness training
- Graduate in any discipline
