Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Receptionist / Social Media Assistant who is comfortable interacting with clients in person and on camera. This role combines front desk responsibilities with helping grow our online presence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in clients with a friendly, professional attitude
- Manage bookings, phone calls, and client scheduling
- Handle payments and maintain front desk organization
- Assist with client care and ensure a great salon experience
- Create and post content for social media (Instagram, etc.)
- Be comfortable appearing in videos, reels, and promotional content
- Support the team with daily salon operations
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable being on camera and engaging online
- Basic social media knowledge (Instagram, TikTok )
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Positive attitude and team player
- Previous salon or customer service experience is an asset
