The Customer Engagement Representative plays a vital role in delivering exceptional in-person and call center customer service within a large team environment. Utilizing in-house applications and devices, this role requires effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and gather valuable feedback. Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers in person, at the office, and via call center channels
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
  • Collect and document customer feedback to improve service
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings
  • Provide consistent and accurate customer support
  • Participate actively in team meetings and trainings
  • Utilize in-house applications and devices effectively
  • Attend occasional travel and conferences as required
