The Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality spa treatments and wellness services to guests, ensuring the highest levels of relaxation, rejuvenation, and guest satisfaction. This role combines technical expertise in therapies with exceptional hospitality standards, contributing to the resort’s premium wellness experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service & Experience
• Greet guests warmly and conduct consultations to understand their needs and preferences.
• Recommend suitable treatments and wellness products based on guest requirements.
• Deliver exceptional spa treatments such as massages, facials, body wraps, scrubs, reflexology, and aromatherapy.
• Ensure guests feel comfortable, safe, and valued throughout their spa journey.
• Treatment Delivery & Technical Skills
• Perform treatments in accordance with established protocols and training.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa techniques, therapies, and product lines.
• Adapt services to meet individual guest needs and address any contraindications.
• Facility & Hygiene Maintenance
• Prepare treatment rooms with proper ambiance, cleanliness, and necessary supplies.
• Ensure all spa equipment is sanitized and maintained as per health and safety standards.
• Adhere to resort hygiene policies, ensuring compliance with local health regulations.
• Sales & Upselling
• Promote spa packages, membership programs, and retail products to enhance guest experience.
• Achieve or exceed individual and departmental revenue targets.
• Teamwork & Reporting
• Collaborate with spa colleagues to ensure smooth operations and guest flow.
• Maintain accurate treatment records, inventory usage, and product stock levels.
• Report guest feedback, complaints, or maintenance issues promptly to the Spa Manager.

Employer Requirements

• Education/Certification: Diploma or certification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy, Ayurveda, or relevant wellness discipline.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in luxury spa, resort, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Skills & Knowledge:
• Proficiency in multiple massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, Thai, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and wellness principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with high-end clientele.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
• Personal Qualities:
• Warm, professional, and guest-oriented demeanor.
• High level of personal grooming and presentation.
• Physically fit to perform treatments for extended durations.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
