Inventory/Warehouse Executive

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for maintaining inventory, following standardized work processes, conducting quality checks, and assisting in various plant activities. Additionally, you will ensure the organization and safety of the refurbish center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conform to all company and local guidelines for quality, environmental, and safety standards.
• Maintain, control, and safeguard the inventory of all items in inventory.
• Ensure standardized work processes are followed.
• Conduct quality checks.
• Assist plant Refurbishing Engineer for service calls or preventive maintenance calls.
• Assist with loading and unloading boxes, parts shipments, and box deliveries/pick-ups.
• Coordinate with the reporting manager for receiving new parts and completing paperwork.
• Coordinate with the reporting manager for shipping and receiving boxes and ensuring proper transfer paperwork.
• Wear appropriate eye and hand protection when required.
• Maintain organization of the refurbish center, tools, inventories, and equipment.
• Perform miscellaneous job duties as assigned by the reporting manager.
• Adhere to the Code of Business Ethics.

Qualifications Required:

• Work experience in a Refurbishment facility.
• Bachelors/Masters degree in any field.
