Customer Sales Representative- Telesales E commerce

We are 19 yr old group of company working in more than top 20 industries on Pan India basis, working in Credit Cooperative, IT, Banking & Microfinance Finance, FMCG, Insurance, Pharma, Retail, Real estate, Agriculture etc. with the fore of 2900 employees in ore than 750 branches over India.

• Department:- E-Commerce.
• Job Profile:- Converting leads into customers.
• Job type & timing:- full time; permanent, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm.
• Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow
• Candidates living in nearest areas of Alambagh, Lucknow will PREFER in selection. आलमबाग, लखनऊ के आस-पास के इलाकों में रहने वाले उम्मीदवारों को चयन में प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।

Work experience & Qualification required:-

• FRESHER's with Fluency in English speaking OR min 1 years of experience in Telesales & customer service.
• Bachelor's (Preference – MBA Marketing).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Call potential and existing customers to explain products/services and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Handle inbound and outbound leads and maintain a high conversion ratio.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Follow up with warm and cold leads in a structured manner.
• Maintain daily call logs, follow-up data, and sales reports in Excel/CRM.
• Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Resolve customer queries confidently and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and smooth customer experience.
• Maintain and update customer database and communication records.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure professional communication and positive brand representation at all times.

Salary:- 18,000-25,000/- + incentives (negotiable).

Interview will held in FACE TO FACE MODE ONLY in Lucknow head office.
