Digital marketing operations manager

As a Manager - Performance & Marketing Technology at Rynox Gear, based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, you will bring technical depth, operational discipline, and outcome orientation to the performance marketing and marketing technology ecosystem. Your role will involve shaping the structure, deployment, monitoring, and evaluation of performance marketing and marketing technology initiatives across platforms such as websites, marketplaces, and exclusive retail stores. You will work closely with leadership on commercial calibration and prioritization, ensuring that initiatives are optimized to drive measurable business results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Own the deployment, optimization, and monitoring of performance marketing initiatives across various platforms including search, social, marketplaces, local advertising, and retail-linked platforms.
• Make day-to-day tactical decisions on campaign direction and prioritization based on performance signals, inventory realities, and customer intent.
• Ensure all performance initiatives meet or exceed prescribed efficiency and revenue targets.
• Plan and execute hyperlocal, performance-driven digital initiatives to support footfall and conversion at Rynox Exclusive Stores.
• Drive optimization of on-site performance through the thoughtful structuring of landing pages, navigation flows, and conversion pathways.
• Lead the evaluation, onboarding, and deployment of marketing technology and e-commerce-related tools, plugins, and platforms.
• Serve as the central point of engagement for performance marketing, CRO, SEO, marketplace, and marketing technology partners.
• Track and review performance data across platforms with technical rigor on MTD and YTD bases.
• Provide informed inputs on budget allocation, phasing, and diminishing returns across channels.
