As our online community and social media presence continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized Social Media Specialist to help strengthen relationships with creators, engage our audience, and bring the SnapPad brand to life across our social channels.

The Role

As our Social Media Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing our influencer marketing program from start to finish. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with creators, coordinating product seeding campaigns, organizing communications, and ensuring every influencer has an exceptional experience working with RV SnapPad.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, enjoys communicating with people, and can confidently manage multiple conversations and projects at once. You'll work closely with our marketing team to help execute product launches and influencer campaigns that continue to grow the SnapPad brand.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day communication with influencers and content creators via Gmail.
• Conduct influencer outreach for product seeding campaigns and new product launches.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with creators that reflect the RV SnapPad brand.
• Coordinate product shipments and ensure influencers receive products on time.
• Follow up with creators regarding content deliverables and campaign timelines.
• Gather invoices and banking information for creator payments.
• Maintain accurate influencer records by logging communications, campaign details, and creator information into our influencer management platform.
• Work closely with the marketing team to support product launches and social media campaigns.
• Stay organized while managing multiple influencer partnerships simultaneously.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Customer Service, or another customer-facing online communications role.
• Exceptional written communication and professional email etiquette.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and deadlines at the same time.
• Someone who takes pride in representing the RV SnapPad brand and maintaining positive long-term creator relationships.
• Experience using Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and familiarity with CRM or influencer management platforms is an asset.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube is considered an asset.
