Job Overview:

As a 2D Graphic Designer at WOW Events, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and innovative designs that reflect the brand's vision and cater to our diverse client base. Your work will be central to enhancing our visual communications and will involve working on a variety of projects, from digital media to print materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Creation: Develop high-quality 2D graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos for various projects such as Virtual, Hybrid and Live Events.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the brand's standards and messaging.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including marketing, content, and web development teams, to create cohesive designs.
• Project Management: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and communicating project status to relevant stakeholders.
• Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest design trends and incorporate them into your work where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• Proven experience as a 2D Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, conceptual work across various mediums.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, and print and layout design.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Creative problem-solving skills.

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Essential):

• Basic knowledge of animation and motion graphics.
• Experience in web design.
