As an Associate Creator Success Manager in Washington, DC, you’ll play a meaningful role in that future; identifying underrated talent, helping them understand what is possible on Rumble, and empowering their journey from promising channels into influential voices. The creators you champion, and the way you support them, will directly influence what millions of people see, share, and talk about.
In this role, you’ll spend your time discovering promising creators, building relationships with them, and guiding them through onboarding and beyond as a trusted partner. You’ll help them make the most of Rumble’s cutting-edge tools, product updates, and analytics so they can refine their content, grow their audience, and deepen their connection with the Rumble community. By keeping our pipeline organized, documenting what matters to each creator, and surfacing clear insights back to the team, you’ll help ensure that our product decisions and creator programs are grounded in real needs and real opportunities.
Basic Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in a high-volume, relationship-driven role (e.g., recruiting, sales, customer success, account management, or creator partnerships)

Demonstrated experience conducting outbound outreach (email, DMs, or similar) and managing consistent follow-up across multiple conversations

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and build rapport quickly

Experience using CRM tools, spreadsheets, or similar systems to track pipelines, interactions, and next steps with accuracy

Working familiarity with major creator platforms (Rumble, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch) and a basic understanding of performance metrics such as views, watch time, and CTR

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment without dropping details

Self-starter mindset with comfort working toward activity and performance targets
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with creators, influencers, or talent in a professional setting (agency, brand, or platform side)

Basic knowledge of video production, editing tools, or live streaming setups

Exposure to content categories such as news, politics, gaming, commentary, or podcasting

Flexibility to attend occasional events, meetings, or creator engagements outside standard business hours

Annual Compensation Range:
$65,000 - $77,000 USD base + benefits + equity
