Job Summary:

We’re looking for a highly organized, systems-minded Creative & Marketing Project Manager to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, creative initiatives, and cross-functional programs across the organization.  This role is highly collaborative and execution-focused. You will manage project intake, planning, timelines, dependencies, and delivery across a wide range of workstreams, ensuring
teams remain aligned and projects move efficiently from kickoff through launch.

Working closely with Marketing, Creative, Integrated Marketing, Channel teams, and external partners, you’ll help bring structure, visibility, and accountability to complex initiatives while ensuring teams have clear priorities and realistic plans.  You will also play a key role in maintaining the systems and processes that support Creative and Marketing Operations via Airtable, helping improve workows, reduce operational friction, and create scalable ways of working.

What You’ll Do

Project, Timeline & Resource Management

  • Project manage marketing campaigns and creative initiatives from kickoff through launch, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Build and maintain project plans, workback schedules, timelines, and milestone tracking across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to scope, assign, and track deliverables across
Creative, Marketing, Channel, Production, and external partners.
  • Facilitate project intake, kickoff, planning sessions, status meetings, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project dependencies, risks, blockers, and competing priorities to keep work moving forward.
  • Maintain visibility into project progress, resource allocation, and team capacity, proactively surfacing risks and recommendations.
  • Ensure teams have clear ownership, accountability, and next steps at every stage of execution.
  • Support both large-scale campaign launches and always-on marketing initiatives.
Systems & Process Ownership
  • Serve as a day-to-day steward of project management systems, ensuring projects, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies are accurately maintained.
  • Reinforce standardized intake processes, project documentation, naming conventions, and workflow practices across teams.
  • Maintain project dashboards, reporting, and planning tools that provide accurate, real-time visibility into work in progress.
  • Partner with leadership to identify workflow gaps, operational friction points, and process improvement opportunities.
  • Support adoption and ongoing optimization of Airtable and other operational systems that enable planning, execution, and visibility.
  • Help establish scalable ways of working that improve cross-functional collaboration and operational efficiency.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to streamline execution, reduce manual effort, and improve team effectiveness.

 

What You’ll Need to Have

Required

  • 4-6 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, creative operations, or related functions in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing marketing campaigns, creative projects, or cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Strong working knowledge of Airtable, ideally in a creative or marketing environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience coordinating stakeholders across Creative, Marketing, Production, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and competing priorities
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfortable working in evolving environments where priorities shift and ambiguity exists.

Compensation:

  • $50-65/hr 1099, estimated 40 hours per week, hybrid in LA preferred
