Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure & Network Engineer with strong expertise across enterprise networking, data center infrastructure, security, and compute platforms.

The role involves leading large-scale IT infrastructure deployments primarily for Government customers, managing multiple on-site engineering teams, and ensuring seamless execution of mission-critical infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate should possess deep hands-on technical knowledge along with the leadership capability to manage complex multi-vendor environments and high-value infrastructure programs.

Compensation is not a constraint for the right candidate with proven expertise and leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and deployment of enterprise IT infrastructure solutions for government clients.
• Manage large-scale networking and data center implementation projects from planning to execution.
• Supervise and mentor teams of on-site engineers and field technical resources.
• Ensure successful delivery of multi-vendor infrastructure deployments including networking, security, compute, and storage.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
• Work closely with government stakeholders, system integrators, OEM partners, and project teams.
• Prepare technical architecture documents, HLD/LLD, deployment plans, and project documentation.
• Ensure high availability, security, scalability, and compliance in critical infrastructure environments.
• Support project planning, technical strategy, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.

• Enterprise server platforms

• Virtual infrastructure deployment and management

Storage & Backup (Preferred)

• SAN / NAS solutions
• Disaster recovery and backup systems

Cloud / Hybrid Infrastructure (Preferred)

• Hybrid cloud networking
