Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure & Network Engineer with strong expertise across enterprise networking, data center infrastructure, security, and compute platforms.
The role involves leading large-scale IT infrastructure deployments primarily for Government customers, managing multiple on-site engineering teams, and ensuring seamless execution of mission-critical infrastructure projects.
The ideal candidate should possess deep hands-on technical knowledge along with the leadership capability to manage complex multi-vendor environments and high-value infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead design, architecture, and deployment of enterprise IT infrastructure solutions for government clients.
- Manage large-scale networking and data center implementation projects from planning to execution.
- Supervise and mentor teams of on-site engineers and field technical resources.
- Ensure successful delivery of multi-vendor infrastructure deployments including networking, security, compute, and storage.
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex infrastructure issues.
- Work closely with government stakeholders, system integrators, OEM partners, and project teams.
- Prepare technical architecture documents, HLD/LLD, deployment plans, and project documentation.
- Ensure high availability, security, scalability, and compliance in critical infrastructure environments.
- Support project planning, technical strategy, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
