Security Systems Engineer (CCTV, Access Control & Biometric)

We are hiring a Security Systems Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Gurgaon. This is a field-focused role requiring hands-on expertise in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of electronic security systems.

The role involves executing end-to-end projects including CCTV systems, biometric devices, access control, and alarm systems. The candidate must be capable of handling installations independently and ensuring systems are fully functional at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure CCTV systems (IP & Analog), NVR/DVR
• Set up remote viewing on mobile and desktop applications
• Install and configure biometric attendance and access control systems
• Handle structured cabling, routing, and complete system setup
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to cameras, recording, and network connectivity
• Coordinate with clients during installation and project handover
• Test systems thoroughly and ensure proper functioning before closure
• Maintain basic documentation of installations and configurations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CCTV or security system installation
• Strong knowledge of:
• IP cameras, NVR/DVR configuration
• Biometric systems and access control
• Basic networking (IP addressing, router setup, LAN)
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently
• Experience with brands like Hikvision, Dahua, CP Plus or similar is preferred
• Diploma / ITI / relevant practical experience preferred (degree not mandatory)
• Willingness to travel locally for site installations

This is not a basic installation or helper role.

Only apply if you can independently configure IP cameras, NVR systems, and troubleshoot technical issues on-site.
