HR Recruiter (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations) - Ahmedabad

This is a dual-focus role — you'll spend the majority of your time driving end-to-end recruitment across technical and non-technical functions, while also owning key HR operations like onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement. What you'll do

Talent acquisition (~70%)

• Own full-cycle recruitment for tech and non-tech roles
• Source talent via LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interview loops with hiring managers
• Manage offer rollout and salary negotiation
• Build and maintain an active talent pipeline
• Track hiring metrics and share weekly reports
• Drive employer branding on LinkedIn

HR operations (~30%)

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new joiners
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Track attendance, leave, and maintain HRMS data
• Support policy communication and implementation
• Coordinate with payroll for monthly inputs
• Assist in employee engagement activities
• Handle exit formalities and documentation

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment, preferably in an IT company
• Proven ability to close positions across tech roles (developers, QA, DevOps, designers, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search
• Exposure to HR ops functions — onboarding, documentation, leave management
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and HRMS tools (Zoho People, Darwinbox, or similar)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to juggle multiple open positions while keeping HR operations on track
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset

Good to have

• MBA / PGDM in HR or a related field
• Experience with campus hiring or bulk lateral hiring
• Knowledge of labour laws and compliance basics
