Shift available:

Monday - Friday 8am Start time

This position is looking to start immediately!

In this position you would be responsible to provide full-time Customer Service and Administrative support for our Lloydminster Location .

In this role your Daily Responsibilities will include:

  • Data Entry in AS400, CLI systems;
  • Communication and coordination with customers and driving staff;
  • Working in a variety of different computer programs;
  • Answering phones, logging incoming calls for pick up, perform general office duties,
  • Answer inquiries, confirmation of CSR emails, phone calls and provide information to customers;
  • Provide dispatch administrative support, communications to customers and company drivers as required
  • Field customer complaints, identify the issues and work to resolve customer issues.
  • Other administrative duties to support efficient services for customers and terminal operations as directed.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in an office environment
  • Transportation and logistics/ dispatch and customer service administration experience.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, switch priorities quickly in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to learn new computer programs, software and procedures quickly
  • Preference for local candidates only, as there is no relocation assistance provided for this role. This role does not qualify for an LMO under the Temporary Foreign Worker Program
