REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Pharmacology, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Medical Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or related discipline.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least one year of professional experience in biomedical sciences, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related environments.
- Strong scientific writing and research skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working in regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
- Familiarity with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, or Compliance functions.
- Experience managing contracts, purchase orders, or vendor relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Microsoft Copilot, and other productivity tools.SUMMARYJoin the Medical Affairs team and play a key role supporting scientific communications, compliance, research initiatives, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Head of Medical Affairs for the Americas, you'll work alongside Medical Directors and collaborate with Compliance, Procurement, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to help deliver high-quality scientific and operational support.This position offers outstanding exposure to Medical Affairs while building expertise across medical writing, publication management, governance, and strategic operations within a global healthcare organization.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and edit scientific documents, publications, medical education materials, and other Medical Affairs communications.
- Conduct literature research and summarize complex biomedical information into clear, accurate documentation.
- Coordinate publication review and internal approval processes.
- Support Medical Affairs governance activities, compliance tracking, and SOP maintenance.
- Assist with medical inquiries, research initiatives, fellowship programs, and scientific projects.
- Manage department contracts, purchase orders, and vendor documentation.
- Coordinate agreements with healthcare professionals, advisory boards, and external partners.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Legal to ensure contract compliance and fair market value requirements.
- Support meeting coordination, agenda preparation, scheduling, and team operations.
