Quality Control Inspector

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the required quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of quality management principles, as well as hands-on experience with quality inspection tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Utilize various measurement tools to assess product specifications and tolerances.
• Collect and analyze data related to product quality and performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality management and industry standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
