Media Public Relations Manager

Hiring: PR Manager | Noida (Sector 68)

Location: Noida, Sector 68 (Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Role Overview

The PR Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s public image, building strong media relationships, and driving consistent brand visibility across platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker who can also execute campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies aligned with business goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers
• Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and official communications
• Secure media coverage across print, digital, and broadcast platforms
• Monitor media trends and identify PR opportunities for brand positioning
• Manage crisis communication and ensure timely, appropriate responses
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, social media, content) for integrated campaigns
• Track PR performance metrics and prepare regular reports
• Organize press events, media briefings, and brand launches
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all external communications

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Public Relations or Corporate Communications
• Strong media contacts and proven track record of coverage
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in handling crisis communication is a plus
• Familiarity with PR tools and media monitoring platforms
• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, PR, Journalism, or related field
