Job Description
As an Email Marketing Associate at our company, you will be responsible for managing and executing targeted email campaigns to support outbound efforts, boost lead engagement, and drive revenue. You will work closely with the sales team to optimize email performance and communication strategy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop, execute, and manage outbound and nurture email campaigns to support sales goals.
- Manage lead segmentation for precise targeting based on source, behavior, engagement level, and demographics.
- Monitor inboxes, handle replies, and assist in lead qualification.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance (open rates, reply rates, click rates, conversions) and make data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, copy, timing, and sequence steps.
- Ensure email campaigns are compliant with deliverability best practices and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
- Write compelling, personalized email copy tailored to different industries, personas, and stages of the buyer journey.
- Maintain and update the email and lead databases to ensure data hygiene and accuracy.
