In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in supporting various programs and ensuring accurate financial management. • Oversee revenue recognition processes, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and accuracy in reporting.
• Perform detailed cost allocations and variance analyses to support financial decision-making.
• Prepare and review invoices for various contract types, maintaining accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
• Collaborate with Program Managers to monitor budgets and provide insights into financial performance.
• Conduct project budgeting and track expenses against forecasts to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare financial reports to provide clear insights into program performance.
• Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key financial metrics and trends.
• Ensure compliance with government contracting regulations and other relevant financial standards.
• Utilize advanced Excel formulas to analyze data and present actionable insights.
• Support ad hoc financial tasks and projects as needed to meet organizational goals.
