Job Description
A growing software organization is seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) Administrator / Support Engineer to provide day‑to‑day functional and platform support for business users. This is a techno‑functional role focused on user support, system administration, and operational stability across D365 F&O.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day end‑user support across core D365 F&O modules, with a strong emphasis on Finance
- Troubleshoot functional and operational issues directly within D365 F&O
- Perform system administration tasks, including user setup, security roles, workflows, and basic configurations
- Support Electronic Reporting (ER), Power BI reporting, and data validation activities
- Assist with service updates, platform operations, and environment support in collaboration with engineering teams
- Liaise with internal teams or vendors to escalate and resolve complex issues
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of experience supporting D365 Finance & Operations in a functional or support capacity
- Strong understanding of core D365 F&O functionality and system navigation
- Experience supporting users in a production environment
- Familiarity with LCS, Power Platform administration, ER, DMF, Azure DevOps, and Power BI
- Strong communication skills and comfort working with non‑technical stakeholders
