Valor Fleet Services is seeking a full-time Entry-Level Staff Accountant to join our growing team in Leesburg, VA. As a private equity-backed company in the transportation and towing industry, we are experiencing significant growth and are looking for motivated recent graduates who want hands-on experience and long-term career development.
This role offers strong foundational accounting experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment while working directly with senior accounting leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume, detailed daily bank reconciliations (primary responsibility)
- Assist with general ledger entries and month-end close processes
- Support tow software call reconciliation
- Assist with inventory and fixed asset tracking
- Provide administrative and entry-level accounting support to the Senior Staff Accountant
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage repetitive, process-driven tasks with accuracy
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- Must be able to work onsite in Leesburg, VA
Compensation & Benefits
- $23.00 - $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
