Job Description

As a Sr. Associate Broker Relations at RMZ, your primary responsibility is to build and nurture strong relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners to drive property sales and enhance the company's market presence. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities:

  • Broker Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for broker inquiries, support, and escalation.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and site visits to enhance engagement and performance.
  • Sales Growth & Performance Management:
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through broker-driven leads.
  • Support sales team for conversions and provide brokers with up-to-date information.
  • Track sales performance, analyze broker contribution, and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities to onboard new brokers and expand the network.
  • Analyze territory potential and recommend expansion strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for broker acquisition campaigns.
  • Market Intelligence:
  • Gather feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights to internal teams to enhance project positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Operational Coordination:
  • Manage broker onboarding documentation, agreements, and compliance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth broker operations.
  • Support brokers with promotional materials, project updates, and lead-handling tools.
  • Reporting & Analytics:
  • Prepare reports on broker performance, sales pipelines, and market insights.
  • Monitor incentive structures and ensure timely processing of broker payouts.

Your key skills and competencies should include excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, a sales-driven mindset, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently with multiple partners.

Qualifications required for this role:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 510 years of experience in real estate sales, brokerage management, or channel sales.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, developer ecosystem, and broker operations.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
