Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North is a luxury island destination designed for leisure, adventure, and memorable guest experiences. The property features five acres of attractions, including a waterpark, a private beach, retail space, a beach club, and a mix of fine-dining and casual restaurants.

Role Summary

The bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving beverages, connecting with guests, and contributing to a high-quality service experience. This position requires the ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy environment while maintaining a polished and welcoming approach.

Key Duties

• Mix and present alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks based on recipes and guest preferences.
• Engage with guests in a courteous, professional way, offering menu suggestions and responding to questions.
• Keep the bar workspace tidy, organized, and ready for service.
• Track stock levels, replenish supplies when needed, and alert management when items are running low.
• Comply with all hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards to maintain a secure work environment.
• Work closely with the team and support additional tasks when required, including food service and event assistance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience working as a bartender is an advantage.
• Familiarity with both traditional and contemporary cocktail preparation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure.
• Strong guest-facing communication and service abilities.
• Physical capability to remain standing for long periods and handle heavy items.
• Availability for rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

This is a seasonal contract role based onsite in the Doha Metropolitan Area.
