Position : Customer Support Executive (Domestic Voice Process)
Location: Gurgaon
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Off: 1 Rotational Day
Salary:
- Freshers: Up to ₹23,000 CTC
- Experienced: Up to ₹25,000 CTC
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via voice calls in a professional manner
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow company processes and quality standards
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation Mandatory (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)
