Role Overview:

You will be responsible for driving lead generation, client engagement, stakeholder management, sales execution, cross-functional coordination, client success, and solution expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively drive lead generation and initiate client meetings
  • Establish strong engagement with key stakeholders
  • Map key influencers and decision-makers across target accounts
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships
  • Understand client requirements and propose solutions
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project execution
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling new solutions

Qualification Required:

  • Strong achievement orientation with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to develop account strategies
  • Influence diverse stakeholders and navigate complex decision-making structures
  • Proven track record in business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
