• Manage the

full recruitment lifecycle

from sourcing, screening, interview coordination up to offer closure.

• Source candidates via job ads, headhunting, market mapping, referrals, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong

candidate and client relationships

• Conduct interviews, coordinate client interviews, negotiate offers, and manage follow-ups.
• Continuously build and maintain a high-quality talent database.
• Deliver against hiring targets while maintaining quality and professionalism.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years of tech recruitment experience

• Strong interest in

recruitment/talent acquisitions and relationship management.

• Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
• Able to take initiative, manage priorities, and commit to results
