Assistant Manager - Customer Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a point of contact for expectant parents and new families, addressing their concerns, providing information, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the pregnancy journey.
• Develop and nurture relationships with doctors and other relevant medical practitioners.
• Provide relevant informationfacility tour, brief introduction to Motherhood Hospital (MH), and USPs of MHto build strong relationships.
• Highlight the benefits, value additions, safety measures, and service protocols designed to provide superior care, accommodation, and room categories during facility tours.
• Coordinate educational programs, workshops, and tours to showcase the hospitals facilities and expertise in maternity care.
• Follow up to ensure attendance at antenatal sessions.
• Keep management updated regarding all feedback, service gaps, and customer perceptions of our services.
• Take ownership of any customer issues and ensure prompt resolution by the respective team.
• Actively coordinate with departments to close service gaps and ensure the overall experience consistently meets expectations.
• Make follow-up calls regarding future sessions, consultations, and diagnoses.
